Each case study starts with a real DocsAlive run on public documentation, follows the report upstream and ends with what the maintainers changed. We only publish one after the fix has shipped.

Both record-batch examples in the "Export to Apache Arrow" Python guide crashed with StopIteration when copied as written. We reported the bug with a tested fix, and DuckDB merged a fix and closed the issue seven days later.
