TypeScript-aware triage, no-retention checkouts

  • Triage: TypeScript and JSX blocks the runner can't transpile are classified unsupported-syntax and never reported as docs bugs. On one of our test projects (a large JavaScript tool's docs) this removed 22 false alarms. The run now reports 0 likely docs bugs.
  • Data handling: repositories scanned by URL are cloned into a temporary directory and deleted when the run ends. --keep-checkout keeps them for local debugging.
  • Health Check: accepts public GitHub and GitLab URLs only. Reports are deleted after 90 days.
  • CLI: the command is now docsalive. Model settings read DOCSALIVE_LLM_* environment variables.

JavaScript, TypeScript and HTTP runners, precise triage

  • Runners: JavaScript (ESM and CommonJS, top-level await), simple TypeScript, curl and raw HTTP request blocks.
  • Triage precision: on a 40-finding hand-labeled set, precision went from 46.7% to 100% with recall unchanged at 100%. Placeholder packages, illustrative imports, async wrappers and transitive deprecation warnings no longer count as docs bugs.
  • Model providers: an optional, provider-agnostic layer for refining plans and drafting fixes. Without a key, everything runs deterministically.
  • GitHub integration: check runs with line annotations, neutral when nothing is a docs bug. Draft fix PRs open only after the patched page passes.
  • Badge and Health Check: SVG docs badge and a free public health check.
